Limited Edition

Characteristics of Limited Edition and Collectible Value:

1. Edition Size: The number of decor tiles produced in a limited edition is set by Jean Gabrael Designs (artist and publisher.). Common edition sizes range from a handful to several hundred, though some may extend into the low thousands. Smaller editions are generally considered more exclusive and valuable.

2. Numbering: Each limited edition decor tile is individually numbered to indicate its place in the series. For example, a tile labeled “15/600” signifies that it is the 15th print in a series of 600.

3. Signatures: Limited edition decor tiles are signed adding to their authenticity and value. 

4. Certificate of Authenticity (COA): To provide further assurance of the provenance, a certificate of authenticity accompanies the artwork. This document verifies details including name, the edition size, and the specific number.

Collectible Value is determined by rarity, creativity and quality of an art object. Beanie Babies were popular and people collected them, but were mass produced in the millions. so they never developed collectible value.
